Our first class we will hold will be at Retreats Byron Bay and is titled

something that satisfies the palate but doesn't give you carb coma yet makes you feel 'full' and sated


It started with the idea of sharing the buckwheat wrap - all the components were quiet extensive and covered a scope of different foods and preparation techniques, it grew from there to add additional wraps, fillings and condiments


you will be given a book of the recipes we will cover, featuring:

In the interactive class we will also cover nutrition, tips and tricks Ive learned from over 15 years experience with 'raw' gluten wheat and dairy free cuisine and conclude with a fantastic feast of all we have prepared
