Shroom Burger

Shrooms always hit the spot when I need something earthy, rich and nourishing.

This one is an ode to the 'burger'

The marinade includes olive oil, balsamic vinegar, tamari and truffle oil and is used for both the shrooms and the onions.

I dehydrate for around 90 minutes and then start piling on the good stuff
