Its been a while coming, finally Retreats Byron Bay is up and running December 1st.
Alive and Wild will be doing their amazing plantbased and vegetarian platters and picnics full of unique and interesting flavours and textures to awaken the jaded palate and satisfy the hangry
Burgasm will make a pop up appearance with plantbased burgers cooked over coals
There is a morning Yoga practice with MbodiYoga and Dr Jon and you can order a breakfast to go or stay and enjoy a leisurely platter and use of the facilities
He is also doing a restorative class in the evenings where you can order a dinner box to go or stay till 8.30pm and enjoy a dinner platter, sauna, bath and evening sunset CLICK for the classes and booking page)
What are the facilities?
We have filtered UV treated rainwater outdoor soak baths you can indulge in before or after your far infrared colour therapy sauna, with fresh herbs, Essences and salts,, take a walk in the surrounds and be inspired for your day
So excited for this - Tune in, Turn on Drop out, enjoying platters of amazing food and delicious drinks, (we are awaiting delivery of Kombucha Mumma on tap, love a Kombucha Cocktail!) while you indulge in a filtered rainwater outdoor bath or soak just your feet, relax in the colour therapy far infra red sauna, have a tarot or tea leaf reading, draw a picture, write, play a game, take a walk.
